Take a step back out of your daily routine and environment and find yourself floating on the boundless ocean of yogic bliss! Yoga strengthens the body and quiets the mind. Experience postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that will revitalize, tone, and strengthen the self. Classes also cover practical topics such as stress relieving techniques and weight management through a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Your first class is free. Try out a fitness practice that emphasizes a healthy mind and body. Yoga is a great way to unwind and relax. Recharge, refresh and rejuvenate in a safe, non-competitive environment. All levels are welcome, no experience needed. Classes support yoga practitioners and students of every background and lineage who are looking to uncover greater strength, serenity, and self-awareness.

Class Descriptions
Level I - Too busy, too inflexible for yoga? Yoga is for every body! Yoga strengthens the body and quiets the mind. In this class you will learn basic yoga postures and movements, simple breathing exercises, as well as stress management and relaxation techniques. All levels are welcome and no experience is needed. Level II/III - Looking for a challenge? This flowing class will invigorate and energize as it brings strength, flexibility, and lightness to the self. Combining a "power" vinyasa flow with a deep meditative focus and attention to breath, this class will cultivate Tapas, or "internal heat" through self-discipline, as a means to purify the body and mind. Be prepared to sweat out impurities and toxins!
All Levels - Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this class emphasizes subtle alignment, breath awareness, and core concepts establishing the right foundation that can be applied to any yoga class. Learn practical techniques to enhance well-being and health.

BI-MONTHLY WORKSHOP - Sunday 5-7PM - “Relax and Renew” - This gentle two-hour workshop will bring calmness, stress reduction, and a feeling of well being. Learn to release tension and stress as you deepen into a relaxed, meditative state. Workshop includes restorative yoga poses, simple breathing exercises, deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra), and aromatherapy massage. *PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR WORKSHOP*
